As a Marpol Survey Organization (MSO) of the Philippine Admistration for MARPOL Convention, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), we carry out survey of ships for the issuance of Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate (OPPC) and Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate (SPPC).
